Nice family ran business that does great workThis is truly a family owned and operated business and that means that they will treat you like an actual customer, whether your job is $400 or $40,000.I was refinishing a small half-bath by myself and wanted to replace a vanity counter top. StoneTech nearby didn't even give me the time of day and I wasted 45 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me -- after being told to wait in the office -- before walking out.I searched around and tried another shop, but it was more of the same: owner didn't treat me like a customer, more like a nuisance. I don't understand how some of these shops get their business and stay in business.On the contrary, MGF staff was attentive and accommodating. They worked with me to get a good price for the tiny slab that I needed for my vanity. Whether you are a contractor or you have a small DIY job, I'd recommend MGF for an unmatched level of customer service and attentiveness.We just completed a bathroom overhaul and found a beautiful piece of granite for a new vanity. Although the job was small, they were extremely helpful and rushed the job so we could work on our contractor's tight timeline. There was a slight issue with the original piece we selected so we came back and they cut us a brand new piece on the spot. We are more than satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend MGF to anyone in the area. After the very positive experience with having them measure, template and install granite for my upstairs bathroom, I decided to have them do my powder room. I chose Cambria Quartz for the powder room. The staff was very patient with me as I had a difficult time deciding which color I wanted. They came when they said they would come both for measuring and installation. Everything came out perfect and beautiful. I am very picky and have only great things to say about Marble & Granite Fabricators! I plan to request an estimate for my master bath. and highly recommend them.These guys are AWESOME. I called them out of the blue for a quote and they were very responsive. We were dealing with some kitchen damage and needed our countertops replaced quickly so we could move back into our house. Tricia stayed late for us on a Saturday to talk through our options. They then rushed to get us an early delivery date. When it came time to template, we were missing certain cabinets that were delayed but Andrew worked with us to figure out exactly what we'd need. He wasn't upset or annoyed. He didn't tell us he'd just have to come back. He happily helped figured it all out. Then took a number of calls afterwards to talk through everything and make sure everything would come out OK. The day before our install, our contractor needed more time to get everything ready and they kindly switched our appointment time for us. Today was install day and their crew was professional, friendly and installed everything perfectly. Really couldn't be happier and so glad I took a chance on a company I didn't know. They are a family run business and that's exactly how they'll treat you. You won't be disappointed!
